Systemic Team Coaching was developed by Dr. Peter Hawkins, who in his book Leadership Team Coaching defines the practice as "a process by which a team coach works with a whole team, both when they are together and when they are apart, in order to help them improve both their effectiveness and how they work together, and also how they develop their collective leadership to more effectively engage and co-create value with and for all their key stakeholder groups to jointly transform the wider business ecosystem and create beneficial for the wider ecology."
Our systemic team coaches are experts in helping teams to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results. We have a deep understanding of the complex dynamics of teams and organizations, and we use this expertise to develop and implement customized coaching programs that meet the specific needs of our clients.
We work with teams in a variety of contexts, including executive teams, cross-functional teams, project teams, and virtual teams. We also have expertise in helping teams to manage change, resolve conflict, and make effective decisions.
Vision 360 Coaching uses a pragmatic set of tools based on Systemic Team Coaching to provide an integrated framework covering the individual, their teams and extended stakeholders to ensure a sustainable transformation and collective success.
In addition to the preparation diagnostics and our team coaching workshops and sessions, we are able to provide Team Connect 360 survey assessments collected from the full team, your management and other stakeholders in order to give you an accurate snapshot of your team's current state and blind spots in order to set the foundation to move forward.
